Prices are made available upon request by our Sales Executives.

Agency fees per transaction range from 2% – 5% of the transaction value depending on the number of transactions being closed and the value(s) of the transaction. These Fees are however subjected to the Nigerian Tax Regulations.

There are currently no promotional offers, discounts, or incentives available.

We currently have a payment plan option for clients who prefer to pay in instalments. This payment plan however attracts an interest rate and requires a 50% minimum initial deposit.

The additional costs on the stated purchase price are Legal Fees and VAT. Maintenance fees will be agreed upon closer to the open date for Tower A: Jibike’s @ The Sanctum, following the nomination of an independent Facility Management company.

The Sanctum possesses a registered and perfected title with the Federal Capital Territory’s Agency. Abuja Geographic Information Systems. Details of the file number and other title documents will be made available to Clients after they clear the required Due Diligence checks by our Sales Team.

The Sales Contact, Deed of Partitioning and Schedule of Finishes will be handed over to Clients following full payment of the agreed purchase price.

Our partner vendors are available at the Marketing Suite to provide interior decoration, furnishing and finishing services to interested clients at an additional cost. These changes are however limited to key works and will only be permitted before completion of the Residential Tower in question and the official door opening ceremony.
